"WINDSWEPT" from my Wallflower Series is the artwork selected for this prestigious and highly competitive recognition.  Wallflower paintings are modern, organic colorfield arrays which incorporate dozens-upon-dozens of thin, translucent pigment washes to deliver an immersive, nuanced color experience. The ethereal tonal effects and lack of specific contextual representation allow the viewer to get lost in minimalist, emotive color.
